Shoreline Cleaning LLC provides pre-listing and real estate cleaning in Virginia Beach and across Hampton Roads. We have cleaned homes and businesses in the 757 since 2018 and work with more than 50 clients. This service has one goal: a home that is MLS photo ready, ready for an open house, and ready for the final walkthrough.

For listing agents

Agents can book a pre-listing cleaning on behalf of a seller. Tell us the address, how we get in, and when the photographer or first showing is scheduled, and we plan the clean around it. Many listings are vacant or on a lockbox, and we can work from the access instructions you provide. If you list homes regularly, we are glad to partner with you on repeat listings so you have one contact for cleaning instead of starting over with each property.

Buyer's agents, brokers, and property managers can use the same service for pre-closing cleaning before a final walkthrough or a new tenant. Investors finishing a flip can book it before the home goes on the market.

What we focus on before photos and showings

Cleaning before listing photos is different from a regular weekly clean. Cameras and buyers notice details that everyday living hides. We spend the time on kitchen counters, sinks, and appliance fronts; bathroom fixtures, tile, glass, and mirrors; baseboards and cabinet fronts; light fixtures and switch plates; interior glass; and floors throughout the home. We also clean the entry and front door area, since that is the first thing buyers see at a showing. Inside the oven or refrigerator can be added to the quote, along with a final touch-up before photos.

Vacant and occupied homes

Vacant home cleaning is the most straightforward. With the rooms empty, we can reach closets, cabinets, and corners that are hard to get to in a lived-in home. For occupied homes, we work around the seller's furniture and belongings and focus on the rooms that will be photographed and shown. If the home has not had a professional clean in a while, a deep cleaning first may make sense. If the seller is moving out before closing, our move-out cleaning covers the empty-home details buyers and new occupants look for.

We provide real estate cleaning in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk, plus Hampton, Newport News, and surrounding Hampton Roads communities. Some work extends into Williamsburg and parts of northeastern North Carolina.
