Empty-home cleaning for renters, sellers, buyers, and landlords in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads, including cabinets and appliance interiors.
Available in Virginia Beach and across the 757. See our service areas.

Move-in and move-out cleaning is built for empty or nearly empty homes. Shoreline Cleaning LLC has cleaned homes in Virginia Beach and across Hampton Roads since 2018, including houses, townhomes, and apartments between occupants.
Because the rooms are empty, we can reach the places a normal cleaning cannot. We clean inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator when they are empty and accessible, bathroom cabinets and fixtures, closets and pantry shelves, interior window sills and reachable glass, and floors throughout the home. The focus is on the details landlords, property managers, buyers, and new occupants notice first.
This service fits renters finishing a lease, homeowners getting a house ready for closing, buyers who want a clean start before unpacking, and landlords turning over a unit between tenants. Tell us your timeline and any inspection or walkthrough date on the intake form. A move-out clean is different from a deep cleaning of an occupied home, and once you are settled in your new place, recurring house cleaning keeps it that way.
It helps to schedule the clean after the last load leaves and before the final walkthrough. Make sure the power and water are still on, and let us know how we will get in. If the landlord or agent gave you a move-out checklist, send it with your intake and we will work from it.
We work in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, and surrounding Hampton Roads communities, with some jobs in Williamsburg and parts of northeastern North Carolina.
Move-out cleaning is quoted on the size of the home, its condition, and what needs to be included. Fill out the intake form with the address and your move date, and we will follow up by call, text, or email with a quote.
Tell us about the property and preferred timing. We'll quote after we understand the work.
