Shoreline Cleaning LLC provides turnover cleaning for Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rentals in Virginia Beach and across Hampton Roads. We have cleaned homes in the 757 since 2018, and turnovers are built around one deadline: the next guest arriving to a clean, ready space.

Each turnover resets the full guest area. We clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, wipe down surfaces and appliances, vacuum and mop floors, empty trash, and stage the living areas and bedrooms the way you want guests to find them. Linen changes can be part of the quote.

We time each clean between checkout and the next check-in. Tell us about your calendar, how we get access, and any house rules or setup photos on the intake form. Beach-area rentals in Virginia Beach often see heavy use in the summer, so we can talk about a schedule for peak season and a lighter one off-season. Between bookings or at the start of the season, a deep cleaning can catch what quick turnovers miss.

Hosts can share a turnover checklist, setup photos, and notes about where linens and supplies are kept. We follow it on every turnover so the place looks the same for each guest.
